SEVENth Anniversary Party

We’re celebrating our SEVENth Anniversary with the release of SEVEN, a barrel-aged brown ale we brewed to share with you!

Across cultures, the number seven holds tremendous meaning throughout time and space. There are seven days of the week, seven virtues, seven deadly sins, and seven chakras. It is no different here at CIBC as we enter our copper era – a time for love and protection. We’ve gone through changes and want to continue to love our people and the virtue of our craft. We need to protect our vision of creating excellence through grit, approachability, community, and truth. For our seventh anniversary release, we looked back to the past to one of our favorite recipes from the early years, Sweet Brown Ale, and aged it in a variety of rum barrels for several months. Expect a quaffable blend of smooth oak, vanilla, raison, maple, and brown sugar.
