Revel in the dankness. We grabbed a fresh crop of Cascade hops from Hop Yard in Gorham, Maine and tossed them right into the mix with one of our favorite IPA recipes to play around with. Expect heady notes of ripe grapefruit, pine wood, dank cedar, and floral herb. This beer is so earthy, you won’t know whether to sip it or smoke it…. (But we recommend just drinking it.)
