Social Studies: Strata

Social Studies took a few semesters off, but now it’s time to go back to class, and what’s a first day of school without a fresh, new outfit? We gave this beer a little makeover during its break (increased dextrin in the malt bill, split the single dry hop into a double dry hop) , because when you want to fit in with the cool kids, you have to stay in style.  Rest assured, it’s still the same hazy, hop-focused NEIPA that you know and love.  And this time, the hop in focus is Strata, which contributes dank notes of passion fruit, strawberries, and grapefruit (and some sweet orange too!). Now, I wonder what the teacher will look like this year?
