When we first made Budswell, our sour ale with apricot, we knew we had something special. Smooth, sweet, and tart, this fruit-forward creation was just as refreshing as it was indulgent. So when we laid a small amount down to rest in sauvignon blanc barrels, we were positively giddy about the possibilities. We now share that excitement with you with this very limited release of barrel-aged Budswell. Lightly oaked, with a bright acidity and hints of white grape, it drinks like a spritely fruit nectar and pairs gorgeously with ripe cheese and dried fruit. Enjoy it while you can; treats this special don’t come around often.
